Seating Area: 180 x 225 cm (70.9 x 88.6 in) Height: 245 cm (96.5 in) Metal Features: All metal components for manufacturing will be painted by baking with a polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profiles will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project requirements. Before painting, the metal parts will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust using a phosphate‑casing process that creates a porous surface to ensure good paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal components will receive a polyester‑based electrostatic paint finish and then be cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood used will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter, with total knot width not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated cracks may be present within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), with a maximum of one per meter. No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. - Defects: No manufacturing defects; only variations within the specified tolerances are allowed. - Bending: Deflection shall not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact: Impact marks shall not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: Twist shall not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Saw tooth deviation: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove any splinters. Primary Supports: Four carrier legs made of 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles will be fabricated. The carrier leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof carriers will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Laths of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) hardwood will be attached to the profiles, with two corners milled for shaping. The laths will be fastened with wood‑grade screws to a laminated wood or fiber board substrate, covered with zinc‑plated membranes, and then shingled using American cedar shingles held in place with wide‑head special nails. The ridge board will feature 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) hardwood laths with diamond‑shaped cuts, secured to the roof laths with galvanized screws. All permanent connections will use special galvanized screws. Lower Support: The lower support for the covered picnic table will be fabricated from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The lower support profiles will be mounted to the table and bench frames using special galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposing seating units provide a seating width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). The seating frame components will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit will include eight hardwood laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six additional laths (minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)) for the backrest, all secured to the metal frames with galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is constructed from hardwood laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) that have been machined with diamond‑shaped cutting tools to create decorative motifs. Table legs are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles and stand 78 cm (30.7 in) tall. Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of the carrier legs, and plates (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be drilled for anchor bolts. Each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) holes for screws. Anchors will be bolted to the carrier legs and secured to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and providing firm foot support. Picnic gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld on at least two sides. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the vertical connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for floor attachment. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating in a curing oven.
