Seating Area: 180 x 225 cm (70.9 x 88.6 in) Height: 245 cm (96.5 in) Metal Features: All metal components will be coated with polyester‑based powder paint and baked in a furnace. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. Prior to painting, oil, dirt and rust will be removed, and a phosphate coating will be applied to create a porous surface for optimal paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts will be sprayed with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood used will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria per metre: up to four solid knots, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, splits, or fallen knots; no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible within tolerance; pressure‑treated sections may contain head and stem cracks within limits; resin pockets not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) and only one per metre; no dripping or sucking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the specified tolerances may apply. Bending may not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks may not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre length. Flexural tolerance will be between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Four support legs of minimum 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles will be fabricated. The leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof Structure: Roof carriers will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. The supporting beams will be 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden slats. Two ends of each slat will be shaped with a router. The top of the slats will be fastened with wooden clapboard or fiber material, then covered with zinc‑coated nails and an American cedar‑shingle style roofing material. The ridge board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden slats with a diamond‑shaped cutting tool, fixed to the roof beams with special galvanized screws. All permanent connections will use special galvanized screws. Lower Support: The lower support frame for the covered picnic table will be made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. The frame will be attached to the table and bench profiles with special galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposing seating units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) deep, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. The seating frame components will be 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit will include eight minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats and six 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in) wooden backrest slats, all fastened to the metal frames with special galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is constructed from minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats cut with diamond‑shaped blades. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Flanges measuring 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) overlay, and two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be installed with screws into the base of the supports and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable foot mounting. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness on two sides. Six special screws will be inserted per foot for the anchor‑to‑support connection, and two dowelled screws per foot for the ground connection. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and furnace‑cured.
