Polyethylene Products. Low-density linear polyethylene (LLDPE – Linear Low Density Polyethylene) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is a semi‑permeable, softening, and highly durable polymer. Because of its low cost and high resistance, it is widely preferred in industry. Polyethylene is classified into categories based on density and chemical properties. Its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching type. Although properties vary by grade, general attributes include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and superior chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used in the production of slides, stairs, handrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, the masterbatch pigments used to color polyethylene must have a light fastness rating of 6 or higher. The product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) at points subject to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barrier and shading products not subjected to pressure. The material must be evenly distributed to achieve uniform thickness. Product wall thickness and dimensional tolerances are ±5 %. Carrier Construction: Circular steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), formed by cold drawing in accordance with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, will be welded with high‑frequency welding and manufactured within the standard tolerances, dimensions, and cross‑section ranges. These tubes will be sandblasted and then painted with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coating. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal components will be first sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine bead material, placed inside a pressure‑resistant cabin, will be sprayed with pressurized air to open pores and remove oil, rust, and grime from the metal surface. After manufacturing, all metal parts will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. After manufacturing, metal parts will be rinsed in a 5 % oil‑removal bath at 70 °C for 10 minutes, then immersed in a 1 % iron bath at 50 °C for 15 minutes. Subsequent rinsing and drying will follow. The material will be coated with a durable polyester‑based exterior powder coating applied by an electrostatic system, then baked in ovens at 180–200 °C for 20–30 minutes. To prevent corrosion at welds, the entire product will be painted as a single piece after welding.
