Polyethylene Products: Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in various products. It is a semi‑permeable, softenable, and highly durable polymer; its low cost and high resistance make it popular in industry. Polyethylene is classified by density and chemical properties. Its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching type. Despite variations, it offers good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used in the production of slides, ladders, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch dyes used for coloring must have a lightfastness test value of 6 or higher. Edge thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barrier and shading items that are not pressure‑exposed. Material must be evenly distributed to achieve uniform thickness. Edge thickness and dimensional tolerances are ±5 %. Support Structure: The support structure will be made of steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed to meet TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes will be painted by sandblasting and then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder finish. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal components will be cleaned by sandblasting to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine beads will be blown with compressed air to open pores and remove contaminants. After cleaning, components will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and baked in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following fabrication, parts will undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C dip in a 5 % degreasing bath, then a 15‑minute, 50 °C dip in a 1 % iron bath, followed by rinsing and drying. Finally, the entire product will be painted in a single coat after welding to prevent corrosion, using a durable polyester powder cured at 180–200 °C for 20–30 minutes.
