Seating Area: 295 x 124 cm (116 x 48.8 in) Height: 290 cm (114 in) Wood Specifications: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st‑Grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Up to four sound knots per linear meter; total knot diameter will not exceed ¼ of the part width. No rotten, decayed, partially fused, or missing knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated cracks may appear within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per linear meter, maximum one per meter. No dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, no insect holes. - Manufacturing defects: None, only permitted tolerances. - Deflection: Will not exceed 1/50 of the part length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the part width. - Twist: Will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per linear meter. - Blade deflection: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters.
