Seating Area: 144 x 50 cm (56.7 x 19.7 in) Height: 95 cm (37.4 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for production will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria per meter: up to four sound knots may be present, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the total board width. No rot, split, partially fused or fallen knots are allowed. No ring cracks; only fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may appear. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow acceptable end‑grain and side cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets must not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length and only one may be present per meter. No leaking or pulling resin, no internal bark, no rot cavities, and no insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not acceptable; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Bending may not exceed 1/50 of the element length; impact marks may not exceed 1/100 of the board width. Twisting may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Deflection under load may be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Wood Supports: Support legs will be made from pine lumber sized at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), shaped with diamond‑point special blades and decorative motifs. Seating Unit: The seating unit has a seat width of 30 cm (11.8 in), length of 140 cm (55.1 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). The support components of the seating unit will also be fabricated from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) with diamond‑point blades and decorative motifs. The seating unit will be assembled with six pieces of 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood slats and the backrest with four pieces of 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood slats, all fastened to the supporting wood parts using special galvanized screws.
