Legs: made of 4×9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats. Wood used: 1st‑grade pressure‑treated spruce/pine material. Treatment color: optional coffee or green pressure‑treatment upon request. Wood specifications: The raw material for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: - Knots: each piece may contain up to 4 solid knots; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the part width. No rotten, split, or fallen knots. - Cracks: no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treatment may cause minor longitudinal or transverse cracks within tolerance. - Resin pockets: at most one resin pocket per piece, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No drips or leaks. - No inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects; only deviations within the specified tolerances. - Bending: deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the part length. - Impact: impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the part width. - Twisting: twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Compression: deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length is permitted. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth.
