Seating Area: 145 x 70 cm (57.1 x 27.6 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) • Wood Specifications: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), appropriate for the project. The wood material used in production must meet the following criteria: Knots: Up to four solid knots may be present per meter. Knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, split, partially delaminated, or fallen knots will be allowed. Cracks: No ring cracks will be present. Hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) may occur. Cracks in the head and foot that comply with the specifications of the pressurized impregnation process may be present, provided they remain within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: Each meter may contain up to one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin will be present. No inner shell, rot cavity, or insect boreholes will be present. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1⁄50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1⁄100 of the piece width. Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Bending to the grain: Bending will be tolerated between 1⁄50 and 1⁄100 of the piece length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters.
