It will be one of the most impressive and sought‑after slides in any playground, with a standalone design and prefabricated construction that allows installation virtually anywhere. For added safety, the stairs are enclosed by guardrails, and the top platform includes sturdy supports made from strong steel columns with a 3.5‑inch diameter. Safety area: 8.8×5 m (346 x 197 in) Age range: 2-12 years Column diameter: 3.5-inch Drop height: 180 cm (70.9 in) Polyethylene components: Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, roofs, accessories, etc. To prevent color fading, the masterbatch pigments used for coloring polyethylene must have a light fastness rating of 6 or higher. (If requested, an analysis report from an ISO 105 B02‑accredited laboratory can be provided regarding the pigment’s light fastness and scale.) Wall thickness: In areas subjected to pressure and friction, the material must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) thick; for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade components, a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) is required. The contractor must bring an ultrasonic thickness gauge capable of measuring up to 50 mm (2 in) during inspection. The gauge will be used to verify the wall thickness of plastic or metal parts, and any products not meeting the criteria will be rejected.
