Wood characteristics: The timber used will be 1st grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Per metre, up to four sound knots may be present, each knot diameter will not exceed one quarter of the part width; no rot, fungus, or split knots will be found. No ring cracks will be present; micro‑cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated sections may contain head and butt cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets may appear up to once per metre, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), and will not be dripping, pulling, or contain inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. No manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances are allowed. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length, impacts will not exceed 1/100 of the part width, twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre, and shear will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Wood carriers: Carrier legs will be fabricated from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and bearing a decorative motif. Seating unit: Seating width is 30 cm (11.8 in), length 140 cm (55.1 in), and seat height 45 cm (17.7 in). The seating carriers are made from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) with diamond‑tipped knives and a decorative motif. The seat will be assembled with three 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats and two 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) back‑rest slats, secured with galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 63 × 140 cm (24.8 x 55.1 in) and is made from pressure‑treated pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), featuring an oval motif cut by diamond‑tipped knives. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, also made from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) with diamond‑tipped knives and a decorative motif. Impregnation: All components are pressure‑treated for enhanced durability.
