The rubber swing seat is manufactured with a size of 20 × 48 × 2.5 cm (7.9 x 18.9 x 1 in), featuring rubber‑coated top and side surfaces. The seat is designed to prevent injuries from impact by using anti‑static RSS natural rubber with a hardness of –60 ± 5 Shore A, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum tear strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², and an elongation at break of 650–700 %. It also offers a wear resistance of up to 100 mm (3.9 in)³ (max). The material is injection‑molded and applied as a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, weather‑resistant coating suitable for natural outdoor conditions.
