Constructed from iron tube profiles measuring 24 × 70 × 5 cm (9.4 x 27.6 x 2 in), the structure is designed for child safety and aesthetics. For each stair, five 27 mm (1.1 in) diameter, 2.65 mm (0.1 in) wall‑thick tubes are shaped (per T.S.E. standards) to prevent corrosion from water and moisture. After welding with sub‑atmospheric welding techniques, four stair treads, pre‑coated with 3 mm (0.1 in) thick RSS natural rubber, are mounted on the frames at 29.5 cm (11.6 in) intervals using 10‑12 µm thick galvanized screws resistant to water, humidity, and saltwater. Dimensions: 24 cm (9.4 in) (height) × 70 cm (27.6 in) (width) × 5 cm (2 in) (depth). Volume: 0.084 m (3.3 in)³. Weight: 5.80 kg (12.8 lb).
