Eco‑rubber spiral slide extension measuring 60 × 90 × 5 cm (23.6 x 35.4 x 2 in), with the top and side surfaces covered in rubber. A 20 × 40 mm (0.8 x 1.6 in) steel tube profile with a 1.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness is painted with static‑resistant paint to prevent corrosion from water and moisture, and a standard flat hair‑type element is installed. The platform’s top and side walls are made of anti‑static RSS natural rubber, Shore A 60 ± 5 hardness, 1 g/cm³ density, minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², tear resistance of 650‑700 % elongation, and wear resistance up to 100 mm (3.9 in)³ (max). This material is injection‑molded and coated with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick layer of natural rubber suitable for outdoor conditions. No unnecessary holes that could reduce structural strength, cause finger entrapment, or detract from aesthetics will be drilled. Pre‑drilled holes are provided, and no additional work on the holes is required during installation. The material will not be deformed by hole drilling. The platform contains no sharp edges, corners, open‑section profiles, or protruding elements.
