Eco‑rubber spiral slide extension measuring 60 × 90 × 5 cm (23.6 x 35.4 x 2 in) will be fabricated with its top and side surfaces covered in rubber. It includes a straight hair element of 20 × 40 mm (0.8 x 1.6 in) size with a 1.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, made from steel tube profile and finished with a 2 mm (0.1 in) static paint coating to prevent rust caused by water and moisture. The platform’s top and side walls are made of anti‑static rubber compound (RSS natural rubber) with a Shore A hardness of 60 ± 5, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum rupture strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², and an elongation at break of 650‑700 %. The material allows a maximum wear of 100 mm (3.9 in)³ and is injection‑molded, coated with 5 mm (0.2 in) thick rubber suitable for natural‑environment conditions and resistant to wear. No unnecessary holes that could reduce strength, cause finger pinching, or detract from aesthetics will be drilled. Pre‑drilled holes for assembly are provided; no additional drilling is required during installation, and the material will not deform when holes are made. The platform has no sharp edges, corners, points, open‑section profiles, or raised sections.
