The platform features a 100 × 100 mm (3.9 x 3.9 in) frame constructed from a 20 × 40 mm (0.8 x 1.6 in) steel tube with a 1.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness. Inside the frame, a standard flat rail (2 mm (0.1 in) thick) is coated with a static paint to prevent rust caused by water and humidity. The top and side walls are made of an anti‑static RSS natural rubber compound with a Shore A hardness of 60 ± 5, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², and an elongation at break of 650–700 %. The material tolerates up to 100 mm (3.9 in)³ (max) wear. It is produced by injection molding and finished with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, weather‑resistant natural rubber layer. Dimensions: Height 100 cm (39.4 in), Width 5 cm (2 in), Diameter 129 cm (50.8 in), Volume 0.05 m (2 in)³, Weight 37.8 kg (83.3 lb).
