The hexagonal frame is built from iron tube profiles measuring 40 × 40 mm (1.6 x 1.6 in) with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm (0.1 in). It is reinforced with a 5 mm (0.2 in)‑thick corner bar at 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) dimensions, and installed within a frame sized 1950 × 2000 mm (76.8 x 78.7 in). Inside the frame, a standard‑size reinforcement bar is painted with a 2 mm (0.1 in)‑thick static coating to prevent corrosion caused by water and moisture. The platform’s top and side walls are made of anti‑static RSS natural rubber composite, featuring a Shore A hardness of –60 ± 5, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², an elongation at break of 650‑700 %, and a maximum wear resistance of 100 mm (3.9 in)³. The material is injection‑molded with a hot pattern and covered with a 5 mm (0.2 in)‑thick layer of rubber that is suitable for natural environmental conditions and resistant to mechanical wear.
