A 1100 × 1100 mm (43.3 x 43.3 in) frame is constructed from iron box profile measuring 20 × 40 mm (0.8 x 1.6 in) with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm (0.1 in). Within the frame, a standard flat mesh of 2 mm (0.1 in) thickness is installed and coated with a static paint to prevent corrosion caused by water and moisture. The platform’s top and side walls are made of anti‑static RSS natural‑rubber compound with a hardness of –60 ± 5 Shore A, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², an elongation at break of 650‑700 %, and a maximum wear of 100 mm (3.9 in)³. The material is injection‑molded and covered with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, heat‑patterned rubber layer suitable for natural outdoor conditions.
