A frame of 1100 × 1100 mm (43.3 x 43.3 in) is built from steel tube profiles measuring 20 × 40 mm (0.8 x 1.6 in) with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm (0.1 in). Inside the frame, a standard flat bar of 2 mm (0.1 in) thickness is painted with a static‑resistant coating to prevent corrosion from water and moisture. The top and side walls are made of anti‑static RSS natural rubber mixed material with a hardness of 60 ± 5 Shore A, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum rupture strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², an elongation at break of 650‑700 %, and a maximum wear resistance of 100 mm (3.9 in)³. The components are injection‑molded and hot‑patterned to a thickness of 5 mm (0.2 in), suitable for natural outdoor conditions and providing durable rubber protection.
