Constructed from a steel tube profile measuring 20 × 40 mm (0.8 x 1.6 in) with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm (0.1 in), the platform features a 1100 × 1100 mm (43.3 x 43.3 in) frame. Inside the frame, a standard flat bar is installed, painted with a 2 mm (0.1 in) thick static coating to prevent rust from water and moisture. The top and side walls of the platform are made from an anti‑static material blended with RSS natural rubber, having a Shore A hardness of 60 ± 5, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum rupture strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², and an elongation at break of 650‑700 %. The material provides wear resistance up to 100 mm (3.9 in)³ (maximum) and is produced by injection molding, then covered with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick layer of durable rubber suitable for natural environmental conditions.
