A 40 × 40 mm (1.6 x 1.6 in) iron tube profile with a 1.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness is used to create a hexagonal shape, reinforced with a 5 mm (0.2 in)‑thick, 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) corner bracket to increase rigidity. This reinforced hexagon is installed within a frame measuring 1950 × 2000 mm (76.8 x 78.7 in), and a standard‑size steel bar painted with a 2 mm (0.1 in) thick static‑resistant coating to prevent corrosion from water and humidity is placed inside. The top and side panels are made from anti‑static RSS natural rubber compounded with a material having a Shore A hardness of 60 ± 5, a density of 1 g/cm³, a minimum tensile strength of 90 kg (198 lb)/cm², elongation at break of 650‑700 %, and a maximum wear resistance of 100 mm (3.9 in)³. The panels are injection‑molded with a hot pattern and covered with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick rubber layer suitable for natural environmental conditions and resistant to mechanical wear.
