It is a semi-permeable, softening, highly durable polymer that is favored in industry for its low cost and high resistance. Based on density and chemical properties, polyethylene is classified into various categories. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. While properties differ by type, common traits include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used in the production of slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch dyes used for coloring polyethylene must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. The material thickness at points exposed to pressure and friction must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in); for barriers and shading components not subjected to pressure, a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) is required. Thickness should be uniform with a dimensional tolerance of ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coat: All metal components will be sandblasted to remove oils, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads will be sprayed with compressed air to open pores and clean the metal. After manufacturing, metal parts will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following coating, parts will undergo a degreasing bath at 70 °C for 10 minutes, then a phosphating bath at 50 °C for 15 minutes, followed by rinsing and drying. Finally, the product will be baked in a 180‑200 °C oven for 20‑30 minutes.
