It is a semi‑permeable, softening, highly durable polymer with low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Polyethylene is classified by density and chemical properties. Its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching. Typical characteristics include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofing, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a light fastness value of 6 or higher. The material wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) where it is subject to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barrier or shade structures. Uniform distribution and consistent thickness are required. Thickness tolerances are ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal parts are prepared by sandblasting to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating pores for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are sprayed with pressurized air to open pores and clean the surface. After manufacturing, metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder and baked at 200‑220 °C for 20 minutes. They are then rinsed in a 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath for 10 minutes, followed by a 50 °C, 1 % iron bath for 15 minutes, rinsed again, and dried. Finally, the entire product is coated with durable polyester‑based outdoor powder paint and baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams are protected by painting the whole unit after welding.
