It is a semi‑permeable, softening, highly durable polymer that is inexpensive and highly resistant, making it popular in industry. Polyethylene is classified by density and chemical properties. Its mechanical traits depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. Although characteristics vary by type, the material generally offers good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, moderate mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene products are used in slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. The product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) in areas subject to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade structures. Material distribution should be uniform to achieve consistent thickness. Product wall thickness and dimensional tolerance are ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Paint All metal components will be sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating pores for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads will be sprayed with pressurized air to open pores and clean the metal surface. After manufacturing, metal parts will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder, then cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following fabrication, components will undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5% concentration degreasing bath, then a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1% concentration iron bath, followed by rinsing and drying. The electrostatic system will apply a durable polyester powder coating, baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams will be fully painted after welding to prevent corrosion.
