SKU: SS-012070
Minimum 89 mm (3.5 in). Diameter minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, cold‑formed to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards and welded with high‑frequency welding. Manufactured within the standard’s tolerance, dimension, and cross‑section ranges; composed of round‑section steel pipes. This load‑bearing construction consists of sandblasted pipes painted by furnace with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coating. The upper parts of these pipes will be sealed with polyethylene caps, fixed with at least two half‑sphere aluminum rivets formed by injection molding to prevent water, moisture, and foreign material entry. Vertical and horizontal sandblasted pipes with a minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter will be connected at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide‑based connector elements. The lower parts of the load‑bearing sandblasted pipes will be joined by welding to steel plate flanges of minimum 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) size. If the installation area has hard ground, the load‑bearing pipes will be fixed to the ground with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted through at least 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. If the installation area is soil, an anchor system will be used consisting of four M10 × 30 mm (0.4 x 1.2 in) galvanized screws welded to a steel plate (minimum 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in)) mounted on a sandblasted pipe of minimum 200 mm (7.9 in) height, minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter and 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness. The load‑bearing construction pipes will be a single piece. No pipe additions, welds, or seam marks will be present on the pipe. Platforms, railings, or clamps will not be welded directly to the load‑bearing pipes. However, for mounting plastic‑coated or steel platforms, flanges can be welded with a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness at the appropriate height, matching the platform’s corner shape and holes.
