The outer case support slats are iron bars 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, with two fastening rings 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. 3. The lower and upper parts are formed by bending 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strips to create feet and are welded to two 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) lower and upper fastening rings. 4. The outer side is constructed by wrapping 21 pieces of 40 × 20 × 510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) slat boards around the perimeter and securing them with wooden screws from the outside. 5. To install the inner bucket, a minimum 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip will be welded to the inner lower ring. 6. After metal work is completed, grease and rust are removed, and the parts are prepared for painting by a baking process. Metal components washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clean water, rested for 10–15 minutes, and then the surface is cleaned. 7. Painting Method: After baking, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C to complete the painting process. 8.
