The product measures 350 mm (13.8 in) in diameter and 570 mm (22.4 in) in height. 2. The outer casing carrier slats are iron rods 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, with two fastening rings 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. 3. The lower and upper parts are formed by folding 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strips to create legs and are riveted to two 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) fastening rings (upper and lower). 4. The exterior is constructed by wrapping twenty‑one slatted boards (40 × 20 × 510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in)) around the perimeter and securing them with wooden screws from the outside. 5. To install the inner bucket, a minimum 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) folded piece is riveted to the lower inner ring. 6. After completing work on the metal components, oil and rust are removed, and the parts are prepared for painting by furnace treatment. The metal parts are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, and allowed to rest for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. 7. Painting Process: Following furnace treatment, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C. 8. The wood material is first‑grade, kiln‑dried pine/fir. 9. Modern recycling needs are essential for protecting our environment. Plastic waste can take up to 1,000 years to decompose; recycling bins help support nature. Available in various colors.
