Product Features: - Width: 37 cm (14.6 in) - Height: 57 cm (22.4 in) - Bin Diameter: 29 cm (11.4 in) - Bin Height: 50 cm (19.7 in) - The bin measures 350 mm (13.8 in) in diameter and 570 mm (22.4 in) in height. - The outer frame brackets are 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, with two fastening rings that are 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. - The lower and upper parts are formed by folding 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip metal into feet and are bolted to two 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) fastening rings. - The exterior is constructed by wrapping 21 pieces of 40 × 20 × 510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) slatted wood around the frame and securing them with wooden screws. - To install the inner liner, a minimum 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip is welded onto the lower inner ring. - After metal work is completed, oil and rust are removed, and the parts are prepared for painting by oven‑curing. The metal components are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with fresh water, and then allowed to rest for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. - Painting Process: After oven curing, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and baked at 180–200 °C to complete the finish. - The wood material is first‑grade spruce/pine with an emery finish. - Recycling bins help protect the environment by reducing plastic waste, which can take up to 1,000 years to decompose. - Available in various colors. - The set includes three recycling bins.
