The unit has a diameter of 350 mm (13.8 in) and a height of 570 mm (22.4 in). 2. The support foot is made from a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile with a base plate of 140×140×50 mm (5.5 x 5.5 x 2 in) welded to the bottom of the tube profile. 3. The outer shell is constructed by wrapping 20 wooden slats measuring 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) around bent steel rings (30×50 mm (1.2 x 2 in)), and securing them with external wood screws. 4. The inner bin is 500 mm (19.7 in) tall, 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, and fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized steel sheet. 5. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) steel sheet, sits on top of the inner bin and includes a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for discarding waste. 6. To mount the inner bin, a minimum of 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) steel strip will be welded to the lower inner frame. 7. The support foot and the bin are connected with two steel bars measuring 10×40×40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 x 1.6 in). 8. After all metal work is complete, the metal components will be degreased and rust‑removed, then prepared for painting through a furnace‑curing process. Metal parts washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clean water, rested for 10–15 minutes, and then cleaned. 9. Painting Method: Following furnace curing, components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and baked at 180–200 °C to finish the coating. 10. The wood material will be first‑grade, knot‑free Scots pine or fir.
