The unit measures 350 mm (13.8 in) in diameter and 570 mm (22.4 in) in height. 2. The supporting leg is made from a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile, with a base plate welded to the bottom of the tube profile measuring 140×140×50 mm (5.5 x 5.5 x 2 in). 3. The outer shell is constructed from 20 slats sized 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in), wrapped around a circularly bent 30×50 mm (1.2 x 2 in) steel rod and secured with wood screws from the exterior. 4. The inner bin is 500 mm (19.7 in) high with a 290 mm (11.4 in) diameter and is fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet metal. 5. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal, sits on the top of the inner bin and features a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for waste disposal. 6. The inner bin is mounted by welding a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) steel strip to the lower inner rim. 7. The supporting leg and the bin are joined together with two 10×40×40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 x 1.6 in) hardwood bars. 8. After the metal components are finished, oil and rust are removed, and the parts are prepared for painting through a furnace heat‑treatment. The metal parts are washed in a phosphate bath, rinsed with clear water, rested for 10‑15 minutes, and then the surface is cleaned. 9. Painting Method: After furnace treatment, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C. 10. The wood material is premium first‑grade yellow pine / spruce.
