The product has a 370 mm (14.6 in) diameter and a 700 mm (27.6 in) height. 2. The outer housing carrier lamella steel rods are 700 mm (27.6 in) tall, 5 mm (0.2 in) thick; the fastening rings are 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. 3. The bottom parts are 60×40 mm (2.4 x 1.6 in) in length, 0.5 cm (0.2 in) thick, bent to form feet. 4. The inner bucket is 510 mm (20.1 in) high and 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet metal. 5. The exterior is constructed by wrapping 21 pieces of 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) lamella boards around the frame and securing them with wooden screws. 6. To install the inner bucket, a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) metal insert will be welded onto the lower inner ring to create a supporting foot. 7. After metal work is completed, the metal will be degreased and descaled, then baked to prepare for painting. The metal parts are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, and rested for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 8. Paint Process: After baking, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C. 9. The wood material will be premium‑grade painted spruce.
