The outer case carrier slats are iron rods 700 mm (27.6 in) high, 5 mm (0.2 in) thick; fastening rings are 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. 3. The lower parts are 60×40 mm (2.4 x 1.6 in) long, 0.5 cm (0.2 in) thick, bent to form a foot. 4. The inner bin is 510 mm (20.1 in) high and 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, made from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet. 5. The outer side is fabricated by wrapping 21 pieces of 40x20x510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) slatted wood around the circumference and securing them with wooden screws from the outside. 6. To mount the inner bin, the lower inner ring will be brazed with a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) bent and formed piece. 7. After completing work on the metal components, oil and rust are removed and the parts are prepared for painting by furnace treatment. Metal components washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clear water and rested for 10‑15 minutes, after which the metal surface is cleaned. 8. Painting Method: After the furnace process, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and baked at 180‑200 °C to complete the painting. 9. The wood material will be first‑grade painted yellow pine.
