It is a semi‑permeable, softening and highly durable polymer that, because of its low cost and high resistance, is widely preferred in industry. Depending on density and chemical properties, polyethylene is classified into several categories. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. Although characteristics vary by type, it generally offers good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene components are used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent colour fading, masterbatch pigments used for colouring polyethylene must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. The material thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subject to pressure or friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shade structures not exposed to pressure. Thickness must be uniform, and dimensional tolerance is ±5 %. TRANSPORT CONSTRUCTION The carrier structure will be made from round‑section steel tubes meeting TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, cold‑formed with a minimum outer diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2 mm (0.1 in), and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes will be sandblasted and then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder finish. ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING All metal parts will be blasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. Fine steel shot will be sprayed with compressed air to open micro‑pores and clean the metal surface. After machining, the components will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following coating, the parts will undergo a degreasing bath at 70 °C for 10 minutes (5 % concentration), then a phosphating bath at 50 °C for 15 minutes (1 % concentration). After rinsing and drying, the components will receive a final polyester‑based powder coating and be baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. All welds will be painted in a single coat after welding to prevent corrosion.
