Seating Area: 43 x 250 cm (16.9 x 98.4 in) hc:50. Safety Area: 243 x 450 cm (95.7 x 177 in). Product Features: • The vertical (axial) seesaw will be designed to allow a maximum free‑fall height of 1250 mm (49.2 in). • The maximum seat inclination will be 20°. When measured in the balanced position, the seat height above ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). • Footrests may be provided as needed, but they must be designed to prevent foot entrapment. • The seesaw seats will be made from rubber material with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Shot Peening: • All metal components will undergo shot peening in accordance with the standards listed below before painting. (Shot peening increases paint adhesion to metal by propelling steel particles onto the surface, eliminating unwanted defects such as rust, oil, and weld spatter.) • After shot peening, the material will be washed and dried in a phosphate bath, then coated with a polyester‑based powder coating in an electrostatic system to prevent heating of the metal by the sun. The coating will be cured in a furnace at a minimum of 200‑220 °C for 10 minutes. Fasteners: • All bolts, pins, and nuts used in the play system will be galvanized. No protruding bolts or nuts will be present on any part of the play set.
