Seating Area: 43 x 250 cm (16.9 x 98.4 in), h: 50 Safety Area: 243 x 450 cm (95.7 x 177 in) Product Features - The vertical (axial) seesaw is designed to allow a maximum free fall height of 1250 mm (49.2 in). - The seat's maximum tilt angle will be 20°. At the balanced position, the seat height from the ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). - Footrests can be provided as needed, but must be designed to prevent foot entrapment. - The seesaw seats will be manufactured from polyethylene with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Sandblasting - All metal components will be sandblasted in accordance with the standards listed below prior to painting. Sandblasting improves paint adhesion and removes unwanted surface imperfections such: rust, oil, and weld spatter. - After sandblasting, the parts will be washed in a phosphate bath, dried, and then coated with a polyester-based powder that protects the metal from solar heating. The coating will be cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 10 minutes. Bolts, Nuts, and Washers - All bolts, nuts, and washers used in the playground system will be galvanized. No protruding fasteners will be present on any part of the playground.
