Product Features - The vertical moving (axial) seesaw will be designed with a maximum free fall height of 1250mm (49.2 in). - The seat's maximum incline will be 20°. When measured in the balanced position, the seat height from the ground must not exceed 700mm (27.6 in). - Footrest platforms may be added depending on the design, but they must be designed to prevent foot entrapment. - The seesaw seats will be made of rubber material with a minimum weight of 2kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Blasting - All metal components will undergo a blasting process in accordance with the standards listed below before painting. (Blasting improves paint adhesion to metal by propelling steel particles onto the surface, removing unwanted defects such as rust, oil, and weld spatter.) - After washing and drying the blasted parts in a phosphate bath, they will be coated with a polyester-based powder paint that prevents the metal from heating in the electrostatic system, then baked in a furnace at 200–220°C for 10 minutes to complete the coating. Screws, Nuts, and Pins - Screws, pins, and nuts used in the playground system will be galvanized. No protruding nuts or screws will be present anywhere on the playground play set.
