Product Features - The vertical moving (axial) seesaw will be designed with a maximum free‑fall height of 1250 mm (49.2 in). - The seat's maximum tilt will be 20°. Measured in the balanced position, the seat height above ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). - Footrests can be provided as needed, but they must be designed to avoid foot entrapment. - The seesaw seats will be manufactured from rubber material with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Sandblasting - All metal components will undergo sandblasting according to the standards listed below to clean the surface before painting (sandblasting removes rust, oil, weld spatter and improves coating adhesion). - After sandblasting, the material will be washed in a phosphate bath, dried, then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coating that prevents solar heating of the metal. The coating will be cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 10 minutes. Fasteners - Screws, nuts, and washers used in the playground system will be galvanized. No protruding nuts or screws will be present anywhere on the play set.
