Product Features Seating Area: 250 x 150 cm (98.4 x 59.1 in) h:50 Safety Area: 400 x 200 cm (157 x 78.7 in) • Vertically moving (axial) seesaw designed so that the maximum free‑fall height is 1250 mm (49.2 in). • The seat's maximum tilt will be 20°. Measured in the balanced position, the seat height above the ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). • Footrest platforms may be added depending on the design, but they must be designed to prevent foot entrapment. • The seesaw seats will be manufactured from polyethylene with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb) each. Electrostatic Powder Coating and Sandblasting • All metal parts will undergo sandblasting according to the standards listed below before painting (sandblasting removes rust, oil, weld spatter and other surface defects and improves paint adhesion). • After sandblasting, the material will be washed in a phosphate bath, dried, and then coated with a polyester‑based powder paint that prevents solar heating of the metal. It will be cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 10 minutes. Fasteners • Bolts, pins, and nuts used in the playground system will be galvanized. No protruding nuts or bolts will be present anywhere on the playground set.
