Product Features Seating Area: 250 x 150 cm (98.4 x 59.1 in), height 50 cm (19.7 in) Safety Area: 400 x 200 cm (157 x 78.7 in) Product Features • Vertically moving (axial) seesaw designed so that the maximum free‑fall height is 1250 mm (49.2 in). • The seat’s maximum tilt angle will be 20°. Measured in the balanced position, the seat height above ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). • Footrests can be provided according to the design, but must be designed to prevent foot entrapment. • The seesaw seats will be manufactured from polyethylene material with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Sandblasting • All metal components will be sandblasted according to the standards listed below before painting. (Sandblasting removes rust, oil, weld spatter and other surface defects by propelling steel particles onto the surface, increasing paint adhesion.) • After sandblasting, the material will be washed in a phosphate bath, dried, then coated with a polyester‑based powder that prevents the metal from heating under sunlight. The coating will be cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 10 minutes. Fasteners, Washers, and Pins • Screws, pins, and washers used in the play system will be galvanized. No protruding nuts or bolts will be present in any part of the playground play set.
