The product measures 440 mm (17.3 in) in width and 800 mm (31.5 in) in height. It consists of a bin and a carrier frame. 2. The bin has a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in) and a height of 500 mm (19.7 in), made from sheet metal with a thickness of 0.75 mm (0 in). A window in the bin body will be opened by hydraulic press forming. The top of the bin includes a metal lid fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal. 3. The carrier foot section is created by bending an Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile into an H‑shape and welding it with another Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. 4. The bin and foot are fastened together with galvanized bolts. 5. The foot of the bin rotates 360°, allowing waste to be emptied. 6. After machining, the metal components are degreased and de‑rusted, then prepared for painting through a furnace treatment. The components are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, and rested for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. 7. Painting method: after the furnace treatment, the parts are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C. 8. Painting method: same as above.
