Product Features Width: 44 cm (17.3 in) Height: 80 cm (31.5 in) Bin Diameter: 29 cm (11.4 in) Bin Height: 50 cm (19.7 in) 1. The product is 440 mm (17.3 in) wide and 900 mm (35.4 in) tall. It consists of a bin and a carrier part. 2. The bin part is 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, 500 mm (19.7 in) high and made from sheet metal 0.75 mm (0 in) thick. The window in the bin body will be opened by hydraulic press stamping. The top of the bin will have a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal. 4. The carrier foot part is formed by bending a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile and welding two vertical Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profiles, each 90 cm (35.4 in) long, together. 5. The bin and the legs are connected with galvanized screws. 6. The bin legs rotate 360° to allow waste discharge. 7. After work on the metal components is finished, the oil and rust will be removed and the parts prepared for painting by a baking process. The metal components washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clean water and left to rest for 10‑15 minutes. Then the metal surface is cleaned. 8. Painting Method: After the baking process, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C to complete the painting.
