The product measures 350 mm (13.8 in) in diameter and 570 mm (22.4 in) in height. 2. The lower and upper parts are formed by bending 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strips to create legs, which are welded to 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) joining rings. 3. The outer side is made from 22 slats of 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) timber, wrapped around the lower and upper joining rings and secured with interior wood screws. 4. The front outer surface of the 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) wood slats features an open compartment measuring 200×100 mm (7.9 x 3.9 in). 5. The inner bin is 500 mm (19.7 in) high with a 290 mm (11.4 in) diameter and is fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized steel sheet. 6. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) steel sheet, is fitted on the top of the inner bin and includes a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for waste disposal. 7. The inner bin is mounted by welding a minimum 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strip onto the lower inner ring to create a supporting foot. 8. After metal work is completed, oil and rust are removed and the parts are baked to prepare for painting. The metal components are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clear water, and left to rest for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 9. Painting Process: After baking, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C. 10. The wood material is first‑grade, kiln‑dried pine / spruce.
