The product measures 700×740 mm (27.6 x 29.1 in) in width and 570 mm (22.4 in) in height. 2. The outer frame uses laminated steel strips that are 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, with fastening rods that are 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. 3. The lower and upper parts are formed by bending 30×5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) strips into legs, which are welded to the lower and upper fastening rods. 4. The outer side is constructed by wrapping 52 laminated boards measuring 40×20×510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in) around the perimeter and securing them with screws from the outside. 5. The internal bins are 500 mm (19.7 in) high and 320 mm (12.6 in) in diameter, made from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet metal. Three bins are used, each finished in colors suited to their intended use. 6. Each internal bin has a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal with a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for disposing of trash. 7. After work on the metal components is completed, the oil and rust are removed and the parts are prepared for painting by furnace treatment. The metal parts are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clear water, and then allowed to rest for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 8. Painting Method: After furnace treatment, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C to complete the painting process. 9. The wooden material will be first‑grade, knot‑free pine/spruce.
