Seating Area: 200 x 300 cm (78.7 x 118 in) Roof Area: 240 x 340 cm (94.5 x 134 in) Height: 310 cm (122 in) Wood Specifications: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include: Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter, with total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defect, partially fused or missing knots will be present. Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may appear. Pressure‑treated impregnation may cause head and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: No more than one pocket per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Flexure: Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be painted with white lacquer. Main Supports: Four 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber supports will be fabricated with diamond‑point special knives that add a motif. Each support foot will be 200 cm (78.7 in) high. Roof: The roof’s bearing slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each slat will be routed to shape. The top of the slats will be covered with wood veneer or fiber material and fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated membranes will be mounted on the veneer with wide‑head specialty nails, followed by American‑style shingle roofing (often called “kiremidi”). In the ridge board area, 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats with diamond‑point motifs will be attached to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame will be assembled with eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑point knives, forming the roof connection structure. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws or polymer adhesive. Galvanized wood screws will be used for main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑point knives. Frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs (vertical members of the railing) are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), 65 cm (25.6 in) high, shaped from spring wood using diamond‑point knives, and will be installed with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit uses four L‑shaped timber legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)). One end of each leg is attached to the main support, the other to the seating slat with four galvanized screws per leg. On top of the L‑legs, twelve timber slats (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) cut with diamond‑point knives will be fastened with galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 72 cm (28.3 in) wide, 120 cm (47.2 in) long, and 75 cm (29.5 in) high. Its four legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) long, 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) slats, attached to the tabletop slats with galvanized screws. The tabletop consists of seven timber slats, each 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 120 cm (47.2 in) long, cut with diamond‑point knives. Anchoring: A flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of each support foot, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate welded on top. Two mounting holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be drilled in the plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be added to each plate. Anchors will be bolted to the support foot and attached to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the foot to the ground. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from minimum‑2.5 mm (0.1 in)‑thick flanges, wrapped on both sides of the vertical studs, and welded together. Six special screws will be installed per foot for the stud connection and two dowel screws per foot for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
