Seating Area: 200 × 300 cm (78.7 x 118 in). Roof Area: 240 × 340 cm (94.5 x 134 in). Height: 310 cm (122 in). Wood Specifications: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include the following: Knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots, with the total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permitted, as long as they fall within the tolerance limits of the pressure‑preserved specifications. Resin pockets – at most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or sucking resin, inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the specified tolerances may occur. Flexure: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Torsion: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Bending of the tip: Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be painted with a white lacquer. Main Supports: Four support legs, each made from pine lumber measuring at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), will be machined with diamond‑tipped special knives to give a decorative motif. The support legs will be 200 cm (78.7 in) high. Roof: The roof framing members will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each member will be routed to shape them. The top of the members will be fastened with wooden veneer panels or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with large heads will attach the veneer, and the roof will be covered with American‑style shingle roofing (commonly called “shingles”). On the soffit, decorative wooden laths measuring at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) and machined with diamond‑tipped knives will be fastened to the roof laths with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will be assembled from eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) laths cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives. All permanent connections will be made with stainless‑steel wood screws or polymer adhesives. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the connections between the main supports and the roof. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides, and machined with special diamond‑tipped knives with beveled edges. The frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs (vertical slats of the railing) are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), 65 cm (25.6 in) high, and made from spring‑shaped wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives. These pieces will be fixed to the railing frames with galvanized screws and clear wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit uses four L‑shaped wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)). One end of each leg is attached to the support frame and the other end to the seating frame with four galvanized screws per leg. On top of the L‑legs, twelve wooden laths (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) machined with diamond‑tipped knives will be fastened with galvanized screws. Table: The table is 72 cm (28.3 in) wide, 120 cm (47.2 in) long, and 75 cm (29.5 in) high. Four table legs, each 70 cm (27.6 in) long and at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), will be fastened to the tabletop laths with galvanized screws. The tabletop consists of seven wooden laths, each 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 120 cm (47.2 in) long, and cut with diamond‑tipped knives. Anchoring: A flange measuring 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) sleeve welded on top. Two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be made in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. The anchors will be secured to the supports with screws, and the base will be attached to the ground using steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and provides a stable mounting of the support legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, welded on both sides, and each leg will receive six special screws for the vertical connection and two dowel screws for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked in a furnace.
