Seating Area: 250 x 300 cm (98.4 x 118 in) Roof Area: 290 x 340 cm (114 x 134 in) Height: 310 cm (122 in) Wood Specifications: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria per meter: Knots – up to four solid knots may be present; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or broken knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated wood may have permissible end and length cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – at most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the specified tolerances apply. Bending – will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact – will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting – will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Shear bending – will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from four pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special saws and provided with a motif. The height of each support leg will be 220 cm (86.6 in). Roof: The pavilion roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be shaped on a router. The slats will be fastened with wood‑on‑wood screws to a wooden under‑lath, a fiber board, or a laminated board. Broad‑head nails will attach zinc‑coated membrane panels to the lath, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing material secured with broad‑head nails. The front board will use wooden slats at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), cut with diamond‑tipped saws, fastened to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will consist of two angled 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats, each cut with diamond‑tipped saws, anchored to the support structure on one side and to the front board on the other. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edge‑finished with diamond‑tipped saws. Frames are attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are crafted from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood shaped with diamond‑tipped motif saws and fastened with galvanized screws. The gate entrance uses two wooden posts at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). Table: The table measures 60 cm (23.6 in) wide, 120 cm (47.2 in) long, and 70 cm (27.6 in) high. Table legs are made from 78 cm (30.7 in)‑high, 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) metal profiles painted by electrostatic powder coating. The tabletop consists of six wooden slats, each at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), spanning 120 cm (47.2 in) in length. Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be welded to a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) base plate on the bottom of each support leg, and a 12 mm (0.5 in) diameter hole will be drilled. Anchors will be bolted to the support legs and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and providing stable footings. Pavilion anchors will be welded to the flange, covering at least two sides of each upright. Six special anchor screws will be installed per leg, and two dowel screws per leg for ground connection. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
