Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include: - Knots: Each meter may contain up to 4 solid knots. The total knot diameters will not exceed ¼ of the piece width. No rotten, hollow, partially fused, or missing knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated environment specifications allow head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Up to one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, no inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only the specified tolerances apply. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. - Shear: Deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length will be tolerated. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Main Supports: Four support legs will be made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) yellow pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped specialty knives to create a motif. The legs will be 220 cm (86.6 in) high. Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be fabricated from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each slat will be routed for shaping. The slat surfaces will be fastened with wooden veneer or fiber material, then covered with zinc‑coated membranes secured with wide‑head special nails. The roof will be finished with American shingles (shingle roofing material) attached using the same wide‑head nails. The front board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will consist of 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats, cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, attaching one end to the support and the other to the front board. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded on all sides and edge‑finished with diamond‑tipped knives. Frames are fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are crafted from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted with galvanized screws. Two 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts will serve as the gate entrance. Table: The table measures 60 cm (23.6 in) wide, 120 cm (47.2 in) long, and 70 cm (27.6 in) high. Table legs are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles, 78 cm (30.7 in) high. The tabletop consists of six wooden slats, each 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), spanning 120 cm (47.2 in). Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) steel plate welded on top and a 12 mm (0.5 in) diameter hole drilled. Anchors will be screwed to the underside of the supports and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchoring plates will be welded on at least two sides, with a minimum 3 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the vertical connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be finished with polyester‑based powder coating.
