Rubber tiles are made from 100% recycled material, making them environmentally friendly and ecological. The rubber tile flooring is produced by grinding vehicle tires into granules, pigmenting them to add color, and adding binders in specific proportions, forming a dough. The resulting rubber dough is pressed at certain temperatures into various shapes with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in) to create the rubber flooring material. Our manufactured rubber tile varieties are produced in 50 × 50 cm sizes, with thicknesses of 2–2.5 cm (0.8-1 in), available in gray and yellow.
