Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Specifications: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions will have a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Requirements for the wood material include: - Knots: Up to four sound knots per meter; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Hairline cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are permitted, as well as pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: A maximum of one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are allowed. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact: Marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Edge bending: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Eight 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber beams, shaped with diamond‑pointed knives, will serve as the supporting legs. The legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof frame uses 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber, with two corners routed for shaping. The top of the rafters will be covered with wooden battens or fiber material and fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated membranes will be installed with wide‑head special nails, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing secured with the same nails. A 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) ridge board, also shaped with diamond‑pointed knives, will be mounted to the roof rails with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑pointed knives, joining the main supports to the ridge board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑support‑to‑roof connections will employ special galvanized wood screws. Pigeon Loft: The loft stands 750 mm (29.5 in) tall, with roof rafters made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) slats will be installed 30 mm (1.2 in) apart between upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood members. The rafters will be fastened with ventilated wooden battens, zinc‑coated membranes, and American cedar‑shingle roofing as described above. The eave board will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) wood, shaped with a diamond‑pointed motif knife. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑pointed knives. They will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs, sized 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), are also cut with diamond‑pointed knives and attached with galvanized screws and a clear, special wood adhesive. Seating Unit: Eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs will be attached—one end to the main support and the other to the seating slats. Each side will have four wooden seating slats, shaped with diamond‑pointed motif knives, and fastened with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: A flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate drilled for anchor holes (two 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates, each with three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes). Anchors will be bolted to the supports and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and providing stable footings. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges, welded on at least two sides. Six special screws will be inserted into each leg for the anchor connection, and two dowel screws per leg will secure the anchor to the ground. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked for a durable finish.
