Our puzzle-style rubber flooring materials are made from 100% recycled content, making them environmentally friendly and ecological. The granules in the raw material have thicknesses ranging from 1 mm (0 in) to 3.5 mm (0.1 in). The top layer of the rubber tile model is 0.5 cm (0.2 in) thick painted SBR, while the remainder consists of black SBR granules. Our manufactured rubber tile puzzle models are produced in 40 × 40 cm sizes, with thicknesses of 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 5 cm (2 in), available in yellow and gray colors. Installation steps for the puzzle rubber tiles are the same as for flat rubber tiles. Additionally, the interlocking feature makes assembly easier.
