Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per piece, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated wood may show head and side cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No resin pockets longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); at most one per piece. No leaking or pulling resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only the specified tolerances apply. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. - Compression: Deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length is acceptable. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs are fabricated from nine 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timbers cut with diamond‑tipped special blades. Legs are 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof’s bearing slats are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each slat are milled to shape. The tops of the slats are fastened with wood‑bonded sheathing or fiber material. Optionally, the sheathing can be covered with an American cedar‑shingle roofing material. On the eave, 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) diamond‑tipped slats are mounted to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof framework consists of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber members. The underside of the roof is covered with insulated sheathing. Horizontal support members (50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in)) are placed every 50 cm (19.7 in). One side of the roof is extended to provide shade; the longer side is fully covered to the ground with insulated sheathing. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws are used where the main supports meet the roof. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, all edges sanded and beveled with special diamond‑tipped blades. Frames are attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber shaped with diamond‑tipped blades and fastened with galvanized screws. Three 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts are used. Anchoring: At the base of each support leg, an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the legs and to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. The gazebo anchors are fabricated from 2.5 mm (0.1 in) steel flanges welded on at least two sides. Six special screws are installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for the floor connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with polyester paint in a furnace. Seating group is not included.
